Yes, an early bird discount is offered for exhibitors registering up to January 10th 2017 additional discounts are given with respect to the number of venues booked (please refer the annexure received along with the proposal for the tariff details ).

The expo is scheduled to start at 10 am and conclude at 6 pm. The setup time will be from 9 am to 10 am and wrap-up time will be from 5 pm to 6 pm.
The booth size is 2 x2 square metre, yes electric Hook ups will be made available for your use at the Venue.
Yes, each participant will be allotted a counsellor to assist them in coordinating spot admissions and subsequent follow up of the prospective students.
Participants are to bring in their own standees. We can support you with banners and organize to have them printed here if you would want us to (would be charged as per specification) however, we would appreciate if you could forward us the designs for the same at least 1 month before the event. We would also require brochures and flyers, application forms or any other promotional materials that you would like to give out to the students.

Any overseas university /institution representative having a valid visa for entry into India can attend Santa Monica overseas Edu Expo 2017. They will be required to obtain entry badge from the representative at the venue.
The cancellation deadline is within 15 days of registration, a refund of 50 % of amount received would be made. Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be accepted and no request for refund would be entertained, no refunds would be made for late registrations.
